MAKE A TAX-DEDUCTIBLE GIFT TO PORT HEALTH

PORT Health is a non-profit, 501(c)3 behavioral healthcare organization that helps people living with mental illness and/or the disease of substance use disorder. PORT is committed to serving those individuals in our communities with the most severe disabilities. Unfortunately, these are often children, adults and families who are either uninsured or underinsured.

That is where you can play a vital role. Your tax-deductible monetary gift or contribution of goods/equipment can assist in ensuring that no one in need of services is unable to receive help. Our goal is to never deny a person in need of our services because of lack of insurance or the inability to pay. We need your help to secure these hard-to-find services for our neighbors, our families and our friends.

Donations can be monetary or in the form of donated goods and/or equipment. If making a monetary donation, you can pay online by using the form below, giving money to your local clinic or mailing a check to our corporate office at: PORT Health Services, Attn: Donations, 4300-110 Sapphire Court, Greenville, NC 27834. If contributing to a specific program, please note it on your check. To donate goods and/or equipment, simply provide a PORT employee with your name, address, phone number, and value of the donated item.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please call (919) 418-4275. We’re able to make a difference for the communities we serve because of the generosity of donors like you.

Thank you,
Marta Quintana
Chief Development Officer
