Are you in crisis?

PORT Health is a non-profit, 501(c)3 behavioral healthcare organization that helps people living with mental illness and/or the disease of substance use disorder. PORT is committed to serving those individuals in our communities with the most severe disabilities. Unfortunately, these are often children, adults and families who are either uninsured or underinsured.

That is where you can play a vital role. Your tax-deductible monetary gift or contribution of goods/equipment can assist in ensuring that no one in need of services is unable to receive help. Our goal is to never deny a person in need of our services because of lack of insurance or the inability to pay. We need your help to secure these hard-to-find services for our neighbors, our families and our friends.

Donations can be monetary or in the form of donated goods or equipment. If you are contributing a monetary donation, please complete the online form below. If you prefer not to use our online process, please print the following mail voucher and send with your contribution to the address on the voucher.

Financial information about this organization and a copy of its license are available from the State Solicitation Licensing Branch at 919-814-5400. The license is not an endorsement by the State.
